North Norfolk’s landscape is all about space, with big skies, salt marshes, creeks and vast sandy beaches. Whether you enjoy bird watching, sailing, walking or just relaxing on the beach there is something for everyone to enjoy in the big outside. 

 

As well as a number of National Trust properties close by, there are also the incredible estates of Holkham and Houghton a short drive away, plus the lesser known secret gems of Stody and Heydon on our doorstep. There are lots of great places to shop such as Holt, Sheringham, Wells-next-the-Sea and Burnham Market, with Norwich city centre only 45 minutes away.
